Intro... and I thought for a while what to put here about me. :) What do you wanna know? I am just a simple guy working in an IT Company handling Operations and Project Management. I'm also going through a torturous 16 months "express" double degree course at Kaplan APMI - Murdoch University. In this blog, you will basically find alot of nonsense from me. I like to complain and yes I complain alot but for things that are not right. If you know me well enough then you will know that I always complain for a reason :D otherwise I am just like any quiet guy next door starring at the laptop screen. This blog details my daily experiences as well as my training for my runs. I have taken an interest in running since last year and I am working towards completing a Marathon this year... It was so warm that I was sweating as I slept on my bed... Supposed to go for a family dim sum this morning but my mum said that my second brother won't be coming and thus there won't be enough seats in the car.. and so I went back to sleep... == but five minutes later my mum called asking me to quickly bath and go down as my brother is waiting downstairs to fetch us.. (another excellent work of miscommunication by dearest auntie, aka my mum). Had to quickly rush and pack my bag as I am supposed to go sentosa for sun tanning.. Reached Hong Xing Restaurant and the queue was like OMG. Right from the inside of the restaurant to two storeys below at the staircase! but hehe thank god my elder brother was there earlier and managed to get a seat and so I was walking pass all those people who were dying to get inside the restaurant for some excellent dim sum. I must say that Hong Xing's dim sum is real good! This is not the first time I have been there but this is the first time I ate like mad.. ok too exaggerating but yeah practically my mum was stuffing me with so much food that I had to say stop... especially you know Dim sum always comes with the "fried" dishes... There was one particular dish that I think is super nice.. and that is the Super Da Bao... its as huge as the size of a Plate... (not those kind of small small plate.. but a CAI FAN plate that kinda size).. its damn good and of course its for sharing.. I cant finished it myself.. After some good dim sum.. i dropped off at Outram to make my way to Harbour Front to go Sentosa.. but hor.. when I reached there.. one of my colleague said that he cant make it.. and my other colleague aka best friend who came said that there's alot of crowd going into sentosa and he's having second thoughts about going... and so we ended up shopping... or rather I ENDED UP SHOPPING. Bought another Nike Running top at 20% off... bought a ring from River Island as well.. and was tempted to buy a pair of Jeans from Top Man.. but luckily they didn't fit. HAHA then we walk and walk.. visiting shops like Pull and Bear, Adidas, Nike, Top Man, Tangs, Espirit and etc... till my legs started aching and we decided to sit down for some coffee before we continue round 2. :X Talked about work and stuffs during that time and when it was ready for the second round.. ok la.. not so kua zhang we merely went giant for him to get some groceries stuffs before we departed and headed back home respectively. When I went home.. I had a quick bath and went downstairs to cut hair.. Had wanted to make appointment with thsi guy called AShley at Far East (recommended by my friends) but he's full today and I can't really wait another day.. so yeah went downstairs to hunt for one.... and found a new salon that just opened today and so went in for a Cut + Wash and a Scalp Treatment for $60. Felt like a tai tai today as people massage my hair and cut and wash my hair for me... ha ha ha... but yeah my hair condition.. hai.. ok better not talk about it. Anyway that's all for today. Gonna spend the rest of the night either doing work or resting. Tomorrow its back to work already but I had requested from my boss that I stay home as I have lotsa data migration to do.. :( posted by Terence @ 9:55 PM| comments? (0)
